Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service govern all projects and transactions between you and leiladesign. By purchasing a service or package, you agree to these terms.
Services
leiladesign provides web design and related digital services as described on leiladesign.com. All services are delivered digitally. Timelines stated on individual service pages are estimates from the date of brief approval, not from payment date.
Payment
Full payment is required before project commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are stated exclusive of VAT. Spanish IVA applies at the rate applicable on the invoice date.
Revisions
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds as described on the pricing page. Revision rounds are defined as consolidated rounds of feedback, not individual changes. Scope changes requested beyond agreed revision rounds may incur additional charges agreed before proceeding.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide all required content, feedback and approvals within a reasonable timeframe. Delays caused by late client responses may extend project timelines without additional charge to leiladesign.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you receive full ownership of the final delivered work. leiladesign retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
leiladesign's total liability under any project shall not exceed the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the delivered work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Badajoz, Spain.
