Delivery Policy.
All services provided by leiladesign are delivered digitally. There is no physical delivery involved in any service or package.
Delivery method
Completed work is delivered digitally via: website deployment to your hosting environment, file transfer (ZIP, Google Drive or similar), or access credentials for platforms such as WordPress or Shopify. The delivery method appropriate to each service is described on the individual service page.
Delivery timelines
- Starter Package: approximately 2 weeks from brief approval
- Standard Package: approximately 4 weeks from brief approval
- Studio Package: approximately 6 to 8 weeks from brief approval
- Landing Pages: approximately 7 to 14 days from approved content
- Brand Refresh: approximately 3 to 4 weeks from brief approval
- Monthly Site Care: ongoing, starting from the first working day of the calendar month following payment
Timelines are estimates and begin from the date the project brief is approved, not from the payment date. Timelines may be affected by delays in client feedback or content provision.
Handover
All projects include a handover session and written documentation. You will be given the access, files and instructions needed to manage the delivered work.
